The objective for all A-GRC employees is to perform their activities in accordance with A-GRC standards to ensure that all the services provided meet those standards and exceed the Client’s expectations.

Management strive to underline this approach in all their day-to-day activities.

Quality at A-GRC is measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (designated as Quality Objectives) which the Top Management review and set each year to ensure that A-GRC and its employees attain quality standards, and to ensure continuous improvement of A-GRC’s quality performance measured against its Quality Objectives.

Quality is the responsibility of all employees. Each employee shall ensure that they are familiar with those aspects of A-GRC’s policy that relate to their day-to-day work.

The scope of the Quality System implemented at A-GRC has been defined and documented.

Where a Client requests that A-GRC conform to their own quality system, A-GRC shall apply this system as defined in the A-GRC Quality Management System.
